Education

• Diploma in Nursing (BNMC Registration is a must)

Experience

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments.
• Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial setup is preferred.
• Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with factory workers and management.

Responsibilities & Context

Vision Garments Ltd is looking for a qualified Nurse for an RMG factory in Rajashan, Savar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing healthcare services to factory employees, ensuring workplace hygiene, and handling emergency medical situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care to factory workers.
• Maintain health records of employees and conduct periodic health checkups.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per medical guidelines.
• Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in occupational health awareness programs for workers.
• Coordinate with management regarding serious health issues and arrange hospital transfers if needed.
• Maintain stock of medical supplies and report replenishment needs.
